Belvedere is a residence that redefines refined coastal living, set against the prestigious backdrop of the golf course in Knokke-Zoute. From the first demolition to the final styling, Unique Renovations executed this project entirely in-house — uniting technical precision with timeless elegance.
The interior was reimagined to maximise flow, light, and proportion, with the living area and kitchen forming the generous heart of the home. Walnut joinery adds warmth and depth, balanced by soft tones and complemented with bronze faucets and lighting fixtures from Belgian brand Modular Lighting. The highlight of the bathrooms, monolithic stone volumes, reinforce the residence’s serene, luxurious atmosphere.
Lighting played a defining role in this project. Our in-house lighting consultant Olivier developed a bespoke lighting plan, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. Every fixture was carefully positioned to bring the right warmth, ambiance, and sense of intimacy to each space, making light not just functional, but atmospheric and architectural.
