At Kapellaan 32, Unique Renovations delivered a full-scale transformation that redefines what a contemporary villa in Knokke can be. From the first structural interventions to the final touch of décor, every element was conceived, detailed and executed by our in-house team: one vision, one language, one level of precision.
This project embodies the essence of our craft: turning architectural ambition into a home of quiet sophistication. The villa’s structure was re-engineered, rooflines refined, and natural light rebalanced to create fluidity between interior and exterior. Materials were chosen for their authenticity and texture, travertine stone, warm oak joinery, and subtle lime-based finishes form a dialogue of warmth and serenity.
Inside, bespoke furniture merges seamlessly with the architecture. Each space was designed for proportion and comfort, from the sculpted staircase to the custom wardrobes and integrated lighting. The lighting concept, developed together with our design partners, highlights the natural tones of stone and wood while creating layers of depth and intimacy throughout the villa.
As with all our projects, everything was managed in-house: from technical drawings and engineering studies to bespoke fabrication and on-site coordination. This single-source approach ensures transparency, efficiency, and flawless communication, giving the client complete peace of mind.
