La Plage II is a 70 m² seaside apartment on the Zeedijk, designed with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and completely transformed by Unique Renovations – from raw construction to the final styling and furnishing. As with all our projects, we oversaw every stage with precision, passion, and an unwavering eye for detail.
The client’s wish was clear: a refined coastal home where the materials remain subtle and serene, allowing the natural stone to become the true eyecatcher. The chosen highlight, Onyx Traonyx, sets the tone of the design – a stone of remarkable depth and elegance, radiating light and sophistication.
To complement this centerpiece, we applied soft earthy tones, bespoke joinery in warm finishes, and delicate textures that balance and enhance the overall composition. Every choice was made to emphasize the natural onyx while keeping the atmosphere calm, timeless, and effortlessly luxurious.
The result is a high-end coastal residence where serenity meets exclusivity, and where the beauty of natural stone defines the character of a home by the sea.
