La Plage III was a project defined by both ambition and complexity. Within an 80 m² apartment, originally designed with two bedrooms and one bathroom, we reimagined the entire layout to create three bedrooms and two bathrooms – a transformation that required not only vision but also respect for the building’s existing structure. Structural adjustments were substantial, yet carefully executed to maintain harmony with the architectural framework.
Thanks to the close collaboration with talented designers and architects, this compact space was reinvented into a refined seaside retreat. The interiors embrace Ceppo Romano marble from Sicily, radiating warmth and character, perfectly balanced with bespoke joinery in warm oak and continuous oak parquet flooring. Subtle earth tones and textured finishes bring depth, serenity and a sense of understated luxury to every room.
Despite the challenges, the result is a project we are proud of: a high-end apartment where every square meter is optimised, every detail refined, and every space tells a story of elegance, comfort, and craftsmanship.
