A residence shaped by light, warmth and silence

Project JDVS is a private residence in Knokke, designed around warmth, softness, and architectural cohesion. The interior brings together an understated palette of natural tones, tactile wall finishes, and carefully constructed volumes to create a home that feels both sophisticated and exceptionally inviting.

At the heart of the home, the kitchen island serves as the architectural focal point. Its rounded shape, soft natural stone surface, and subtle wooden detailing create a natural transition between the kitchen, dining area, and living space. Integrated lighting, travertine textures, and warm wall finishes add depth and atmosphere, while long sightlines throughout the home enhance the sense of openness and tranquility.

Throughout the entire residence, every detail was designed with an eye for a seamless and thoughtful whole: from the custom cabinetry and softly curved transitions to the herringbone parquet, integrated fireplace, sculptural lighting, and refined material combinations. The result is a timeless home where comfort, craftsmanship, and understated luxury come together in a warm and harmonious whole.
