La Plage II is a 70 m² apartment on the Zeedijk, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was completely transformed by Unique Renovations from the shell to the final styling and furnishing. As with all our projects, every phase was overseen with precision, passion, and a thorough eye for detail.
The client’s wish was clear: a refined coastal home where materials remain subtle and serene, allowing the natural stone to take center stage. Onyx Traonyx was chosen as the eye-catcher, a natural stone with exceptional depth and elegance that radiates light and sophistication.
To allow this central material to truly shine, we combined soft earth tones with custom work in warm finishes and refined textures. Every choice was carefully coordinated with the natural onyx, aiming to create a calm, timeless, and effortlessly luxurious atmosphere.
The result is a high-end coastal residence where serenity and exclusivity meet, and where the beauty of natural stone defines the character of this home by the sea.
