La Plage III was a project where ambition and technical complexity met. Within an 80 m² apartment, originally configured with two bedrooms and one bathroom, the entire layout was reimagined to create space for three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A major transformation that required not only vision but also respect for the building’s existing structure. The structural adjustments were significant and were carried out with the greatest care, always in harmony with the original architectural framework.
Thanks to close collaboration with talented designers and architects, this compact space was transformed into a sophisticated seaside residence. Ceppo Romano marble from Sicily brings warmth and character to the interior, perfectly combined with custom oak cabinetry and continuous oak parquet. Subtle earth tones and tactile finishes provide depth, tranquility, and a sense of understated luxury in every room.
Despite the technical challenges, the project resulted in a home we are particularly proud of: a high-end apartment where every square meter is used optimally, every detail is refined, and every space reflects elegance, comfort, and craftsmanship.
